The price varies on the item you choose and the quantity. If you choose an item from our suppliers page. Fill out our 'Request A Quote' form and we'll send you a quote.
Is there a set-up cost?
Yes, there is always a set-up cost involved and this may vary from different products.
What is your return policy?
Due to items being custom made, once you place your order there is no return policy..
What artwork format should I provide?
Vector files are always preferred for embroidery, but high-resolution PNG or JPG files are also acceptable
What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ depends on the individual promo item. Please contact us and we can help.
Can I bring my own promo product?
No, we do not print on BYO items.
How long does production take?
Allow 4-6 weeks from artwork approval and order approval.
